We offer both off-site and in-shop repair services, giving you flexibility depending on your needs. However, we encourage our customers to bring their computers to us whenever possible. Here’s why:

• In-Shop Repairs: We offer fixed pricing for repairs done at our location, which is often more affordable for you. With no travel fees involved, you get the same high-quality service at a lower cost.
• Off-Site Repairs: For those who prefer or need off-site service, we are happy to come to your home or business. This service includes a travel fee and an hourly rate.

Monthly Computer Management Program

Many of our customers save money on repairs by subscribing to our Monthly Computer Management Program. Rather than spending money on repairs that may not be worth it, we recommend investing in a new computer. We even offer a $40 service to help you find the best deal on a new system that meets your needs. This service includes a thorough interview to understand your requirements and then researching the best options available. We also have partnered with a local company that gives us excellent deals on lightly used laptops.
