Data Recovery Services by Remote Chase LLC
At Remote Chase LLC, we know that losing important data can be a distressing experience, whether it’s personal memories or critical business documents. That’s why we offer comprehensive data recovery services designed to retrieve your valuable files quickly, securely, and affordably. Our expertise spans a wide range of recovery scenarios, from simple file restoration to complex hardware failure cases.
What We Offer
Hard Drive Data Recovery
Our primary focus is on recovering data from hard drives that are still functional, including both SSDs and HDDs, as well as external hard drives. We specialize in restoring files from drives with corrupted Windows files or operating systems, which is one of the most common issues our clients face. Whether it’s important documents, cherished photos, or essential business data, we’re here to help you regain access to your information.
Cloning and Data Transfer
If your hard drive is beginning to fail, we offer cloning services to transfer all your data from an old, failing HDD to a new SSD. This not only ensures your data is preserved but also provides you with a more reliable and faster-performing drive. Our hard drive docks allow us to plug directly into your hard drive, making the cloning process seamless and efficient.
Corrupted Windows Recovery
Corrupted operating systems can be a nightmare, leaving your computer unusable. At Remote Chase LLC, we don’t just recover your data from these systems—we can also provide a fresh start with a new copy of Windows. For an additional $75, we’ll install a clean, updated version of Windows, ensuring your computer is back up and running with all the necessary updates and security patches.
Our Process
No Recovery, No Charge
We believe in providing honest and transparent services. That’s why we operate on a “No Recovery, No Charge” policy. If we’re unable to recover your data, you owe us nothing. Our fixed fee of $50 applies only when we successfully retrieve your files, giving you peace of mind that you won’t be charged for unsuccessful attempts.
Secure Data Handling
Your privacy and data security are paramount. We never share the data we recover, and we encourage customers to provide an external hard drive for data transfer. This practice ensures that no copies of your data are stored on our systems, maintaining your confidentiality and security throughout the recovery process.
Common Scenarios
Our data recovery services cover a wide range of common issues, including:
- Hardware Failure: Recover data from hard drives that are showing signs of failure, such as clicking noises, overheating, or frequent crashes.
- Corrupted Windows Files: Retrieve files from computers where the operating system has become corrupted and no longer boots up properly.
- Ransomware Attacks: If your computer has been compromised by ransomware, we can help restore access to your data, allowing you to recover from the attack without paying the ransom.
Additional Services
New Windows Installation
In many cases, after recovering your data, you may find that your operating system is no longer functional. We can help by installing a fresh copy of Windows for an additional $75, ensuring that your computer is fully operational and protected with the latest security updates.
Ongoing Protection with SentinelOne EDR
Data recovery is only the first step. To protect your system from future threats, we offer a $20/month antivirus service featuring SentinelOne EDR. This service allows us to remotely monitor and secure your computer, providing you with continuous protection against viruses, malware, and other cyber threats.
